I thoroughly enjoyed this book and read it in just a few nights. Preya paints a beautiful picture of the journey of the yogi.. from the struggles and conflicts within the mind to growing in awareness, and the pains that accompany that growth. Her story is real and authentic and I read it as though I was listening to an old friend tell a story. Not only did I enjoy being on the spiritual journey with her, but I really loved getting to know the Indian culture in a completely new way. Her experiences in Mysore, a place yogis read about and talk about, really brought this place to life. I feel like if I ever do go to India I now have a much better idea of what to expect. This autobiography is a deep dive into life expleriences, relationships, and ego. It is bold and courageous to be so authentic, and I would recommend this to anyone on their own soul-searching journey.Product details

I personally loved this book! A brave, heartfelt and inspirational acknowledgment of personal development. I found myself nodding along as I read this and at times amazed at the differences in our lives. Tears and joy. This amazing memoir has it all! Highly recommended for the young (or not so young) ladies out there that are discovering that they have so much left they want out of life.
P.S. I want to know more of the evolution. It's an ongoing process, right!!

I loved this book; in fact, I couldn't put it down. Preya's real life story is riveting, and her candid, incredibly descriptive style of writing just drew me in. This story will help many with their own personal discovery journey, or simply provide for an interesting read for others. I'm hoping there will be a follow-up book- I want to know what comes next in Preya's life journey!
This book was recommend to me by a friend. I have never read a book that inspired me to change my life more than this book! Preya is so inspirational in her desire to change her life and find a new path. What Preya went through (especially her time in India) shows that she is a strong and courageous women that when she puts her mind to something can do anything. It's nice to see a young women like Preya set out on a journey on her own and succeed!!!!!! I got to the last few pages and wanted there to be 10 more chapters. She really has given me the strength to go out and set my own goals and stick to them no matter what! I even started yoga!
